Doll Raffle To Help Family In Need This Christmas

2020 has been a tough year for all, which is why this Christmas gesture really touched me.

It is amazing how someone can be so selfless.

So I just had to share what Sarah Mellman is doing.

“Hello everyone. It’s the season of giving again.

Each year I try to “adopt” a family in need and help them have a good Christmas.

This year I am not adopting a family per say, like I normally would to make and send dolls to, but am trying to help do a fundraiser for this family.

They have really endured the blunt end of 2020.

The father of the family lost his job after working minimal hours for months because of COVID shut downs.

When he lost his job he lost the insurance they relied on because of many long term medical problems with other family members.

Now the entire family has COVID and are on quarantine. One family member just got out of the hospital with COVID.

But she is still really struggling.

There’s no money for food or rent and this family is in great despair.

I know I can’t help this family financially on my own.

So I’ve decided to gather 70 brand new items from my dolly work room.

I am selling tickets to a drawing for all 70 things.

Every ticket will be a winner.

All proceeds to this drawing will go to this family and help in their time of sincere need.

If everyone can help a little then together we can help a lot.
