Harry Potter star Rupert Grint has admitted that he owns a fantasy doll in an interview following the preview of his new TV show Servant.
Grint spoke to Metro to explain how he felt uneasy in the house with the realistic doll.
He told Metro.co.uk: ‘It really did feel very strange in that house, and it was a real relief to leave. And especially rooms like the nursery were really weird.’
‘And anything with that doll, being near that. It’s quite a powerful object to have and I actually do have one. It was a gift years ago, it’s like a vampire version of it and not as advanced as this one.’
Although he felt uneasy with it, Grint did admit that the doll was incredible.
‘This was an incredible piece of work, it had like the hair follicles individually put in. Yeah, it was just terrifying
‘It moves quite realistically and weirdly you want to look after it, and you want to hold it carefully.’
Talking about the doll he owns himself Grint went on to explain.
‘It’s got tiny little fangs, it’s like a little vampire. You can get anything, you can get werewolves, monkeys. There’s a shop in Leeds that’s all Reborn dolls. It’s quite a place, it’s quite fun.’
