I am so excited to share with you all that I am putting together a Fantasy Doll Artist Calendar which is going to be so much fun.
Talented artist Kathy Dodson of Bearysweethearts Creative Cradle is going to be the star of the front cover of the calendar.
Her work is really awesome, the dolls she creates are such a sweet mix of cute and fantasy.
So hers are fantasy dolls that I would love to have in my collection.
In particular, her werewolf dolls are just so sweet.
“Hi, I’m Kathy Dodson of Bearysweethearts Creative Cradle.
I have been a decorative artist for over 20 years. Painting landscapes and murals in many mediums for use in people’s homes. I have also co-written
a collection of E-books consisting. of many different skin tones and taught reborn classes with the talented artist Lara Antonucci.
I have been collecting and making babies, a variety of orangutans, bears, fairies, vamplings, hybrids, and enchanted dolls for many years as well as the art of reborning for about 10 years.
I have been honored to have had the opportunity to have done prototypes for the amazing Sarah Mellman and Jade Warner.
I love the alternative and fantasy dolls and amazed at the brilliant character of those artists and there talents and imagination.”
Having to decide on just one picture for the front cover of this fantasy calendar from Kathy is going to be difficult.
Kathy has made a number of dolls during her 10 years of reborning and they are all worthy of being the front cover.
These pictures show just a small selection of the dolls that she has made, with many more planned in the future.
So with that in mind, it is likely that it may take a little time to choose just which gets to be the cover.
There are still some spaces left on the calendar if you are interested in showing your own doll there.
