During the run up to this years Rose Doll Show I saw several people have to pull out or have a change in circumstances.
It seemed not many people were aware of what the refund policy was.
So I thought I would share it with you here.
As there are new rules for the 2020 show.
So direct from the website, the policy is:
“REFUND POLICY
Due to the need to provide planning numbers to the Davis Conference Center, we have implemented a 25% restocking fee for all refunds given, and no returns/refunds accepted after April 15, 2020.
All tickets are also non-transferable.”
This means of course that at any time after the 15th April you will not get a refund on any tickets.
Your tickets will also be no transferable as you can see.
What are your views on this? Do you think this date is fair and is it fair that it is non transferable?
Are they right to cover their bases with tickets as after all they are a business?
I would love your feedback.
