Susan Dizon Gibbs is one of my most favourite people in this community, so it’s no wonder I was thrilled to see some of the items she is bring to the Rose Doll Show this year.
Susan shared the following items with us all on social media and her talents really have no bounds.
“It’s UPCYCLING time! Here’s an upcycled micro preemie set from a vintage/ heirloom toddler dress. This set will be available at ROSE booth 398. I will have a few real vintage upcycled items as well as vintage-inspired ones.”
I just love how dainty and delicate that outfit looks, can you imagine just how amazing it will look on a baby.
One of the reasons that I adore her clothing is not just because the quality of her work is also top class.
Or that she just has a way of knowing exactly which fabrics to use together.
As if that wasn’t enough for this wonderful lady, you also have the fact that she truly is a kind soul.
For the time I have had the honour to know her she has been the kindest most generous person.
Her work is something that any collector would wish to have in their collection
Not only is she awesome at creating the most adorable clothing and bags but her babies really need to be seen to be believed.
And the joy of owning one of Susans babies is not just the baby itself.
It is also the box opening.
She always makes the most equisite box openings.
They look so pretty and the items are really sweet.
So when you go to the Rose Doll Show please make sure that you visit her table and say hi, you will be made to feel very welcome.
