Rose Doll 2019 is already shaping up to be an amazing event.
For any of you that are thinking about being a vender for the first time I thought I would share with you what the guidelines are from the Rose website.
‘We are very excited to welcome you to the ROSE International Doll Expo! We have been working to create this Doll Show for you, our Exhibitors. We thank you for your efforts, your talents, and your passion in making dolls! We send out a warm ROSE welcome and hope you choose to join our doll show for 2019.
Exhibit setup time:
Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Friday, July 12, 2019, from 7:00 am-9:00 am.
Saturday, July 13, 2019, Vendor Shopping is from 9:00 am-10:00 am.
Exhibit take down time:
Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm.
Exhibits need to be setup prior to the show floor opening on Friday, July 12, 2019.
Exhibits cannot be dismantled prior to show floor closing on Saturday, July 13, 2019.
WI-FI AND ELECTRICITY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.
