Ok so I have been waiting to find out what the benefits of being a part of the DAU would be.
So I referred to the DAU website to get this information.
This is what the site says are the benefits to all members.

In addition to the huge Savings within our community, the Union will provide legal footing as needed.
Should our industry ever go under attack again, we will hire and fund the appropriate legal representation.
It is our job to provide the members of Doll World a safe and productive environment in which to enjoy the amazing world of Doll Creation!
I have to say that I would love to attend the Gala Awards evening to cover it for you all and to interview anyone who wins. So anyone from the DAU if there is a spare seat ?.
The benefits of being able to get some kits first is a great idea.
Also having the protection of the DAU is something that could prove invaluable.
Sometime in this hobby you can feel like you are alone when you are being the victim of either a scam or bullying.
It would be nice to know that you are a part of something big, to know that you are not alone and do not have to handle any problem alone.
This community started of as something so positive, which was one of the reasons I joined it. I loved the friendliness of it all.
But times have changed to some degree, were some people seem to think that it is ok to bully and to ridicule others.
This is not ok. Never has been and never will be.
So I think that being part of the DAU will help it’s members.
Am I a member? No. But then again I am not a reborn artist.
They are a supremely talented bunch of people who deserve respect not bullying.
